Consultation-Concept stage 1

This is the investigative stage, where an overall site appraisal is carried out, to detect the highest energy consuming areas and plant, for further investigation and analysis. Corporate strategic plans and priorities are aligned with appraisal results to ensure overall cohesiveness.

Project Development-Stage 2.

During this stage we would use real -time data to verify project selection. Terms of reference would also be developed and quantified during this stage. Development of the project plans, teams, timescales and budgets would also be defined at this stage.

Project Execution-Stage 3

We would commence with the project deliverables, giving regular updates to appraise all stake holders of the progress so far. Identifying any short term issues and proactively predicting mitigation measures, if required.
